A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- All returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new with the original package unused.
- To return an item, please email skinismypassion@icloud.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Place the item in the original packaging and mail it to the following address: 688 Hague Ave Suite 37, St. Paul, MN, 55104, United States. Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. I strongly recommend using a tracking method to mail your return.
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or store credit. Please allow seven business days from the receipt of your item to process returns. You will be notified when your return has been processed.
