If you are taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as aspirin, naproxen, Aleve, or Naprosyn, consult with your dermatologist about their use in relation to your microneedling skin care. Moreover, herbal supplements like ginseng, ginkgo, turmeric, and St. John's Wort may impact your skin's healing process, so consider discussing these with a professional as part of your pre care for microneedling.
3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR MICRONEEDLE TREATMENT AVOID:
Ibuprofen and Motrin, as well as Advil, may be resumed after the microneedle treatment. Acetaminophen, commonly known as Tylenol, is okay to take before or after treatment.
